What is Psychotherapy?
Simply put, psychotherapy is a non judgmental process whereby you can talk through a problem or feelings that are troubling you with a person trained to help you understand your situation. It is not about the giving of advice or saying nice things to make you feel better, It is about respecting you in a way that allows you to decide for yourself what is best for you in an enabling and empowering relationship.
